As a trauma-trained clinician, she supports teens and adults through anxiety, grief, identity challenges, and life transitions, using evidence-based approaches and a touch of humor to help clients find practical tools and personal insight along the way.
Laura Ferguson
Laura Ferguson helps people of all ages learn to manage stress, anxiety, depression, grief, life threatening illnesses and major life transitions with grace and ease. She integrates traditional therapeutic approaches with innovative treatment modalities, such as: EMDR, Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness and Nature-Based Therapy. She helps clients discover who they are and learn to move through life with a greater sense of balance, wellbeing and contentment. Laura’s personal survival through cancer has given her a greater level of empathy and understanding of what it takes to move through huge life challenges.

She believes therapy is not just about addressing challenges, but about cultivating resilience and helping people connect with their own capacity for growth.

Together, she works with clients to develop comprehensive plans and provide the tools needed to help them reach their goals.

After spending years in the media industry and volunteerism within her children's school, Renee Lockhart, LPCC, took both her passion for children and young adults, and the desire to give back to her community to complete her Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Adams University.
