Charis Jaeger

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and confusing, leading to anxiety, depression, and behaviors of withdrawal or acting out. In those moments, it's easy to feel isolated and misunderstood, making it hard to envision a brighter future.

As a Child and Family Therapist, Charis is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards healing and well-being. With extensive experience working with children, young adults, families, and trauma survivors in various settings including homes, schools, day treatment, and wilderness therapy programs, she offers a safe and compassionate space to navigate tough emotions and break unhelpful patterns.

Together, she collaborates with clients to explore relationships, family dynamics, and external stressors impacting self-esteem, empowering them to become their best selves. Using a strength-based approach, along with mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques, she helps clients build self-awareness and resilience.

Whether in-office, online, or immersed in nature, her sessions are casual and interactive, fostering a judgment-free environment where everyone's voice is heard and valued.
