Welcome! As a licensed clinical social worker with over 17 years of experience, Ariel specializes in helping children, adolescents, and young adults. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, providing a warm and accepting environment to explore life and emotions. She believes in empowering individuals with the tools and support needed to overcome life's stressors.


With specialized training in treating anxiety disorders like Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Social Phobia, she employs research-backed Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods, including skills training and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).


Having spent 9 years in private practice and prior experience in hospitals, schools, and mental health clinics, she brings a wealth of expertise. Additionally, she has served as an Adjunct Professor at Metro State University of Denver. Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado.
