Laura Womack

I work to empower individuals as they find their way through life's challenges. Having been raised in the Conifer and Evergreen area, I value the support my community gave me growing up and I wish to give the same thing back through providing mental health counseling services. I particularly enjoy working with youth and strive to create a space that is accepting, nonjudgmental, and authentic where individuals feel open to share the pain, confusion and frustrations they are facing.

I love living in Colorado, and received all of my education from universities here. I acquired my Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Regis University, and before that obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Colorado State University. I utilize person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Jungian analysis as we work together to navigate the obstacles in your life.
