Annie Cooley

Counselor

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with ten years of experience, Annie specializes in bridging the gap between behavior and mental health through the lens of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). For the past five years in the Evergreen area, she has focused on supporting neurodiverse youth as they discover confidence in who they are, build meaningful coping skills, and learn to thrive.

Annie's work centers on helping young people connect with their values, develop emotional flexibility, and access practical tools that empower them to navigate challenges with resilience. She is passionate about creating affirming, collaborative spaces where each child’s strengths are recognized and celebrated, and where families feel supported on their journey as well.

Grounded in compassion and evidence-based practice, Annie is  committed to helping neurodiverse youth succeed—not by changing who they are, but by helping them grow into their fullest, most confident selves.
