Lauren Paulick

Counselor

Lauren Paulick is known for her grounded, insightful, and non-judgmental approach. Raised in Colorado, she enjoys dancing, being outdoors, working on craft and home projects, and traveling with her family.

She earned her master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University and holds a Colorado provisional license in clinical social work. For over a decade, Lauren has worked with diverse populations across the lifespan, including children and adolescents in K–12 schools and adults in the Northern Arizona Veterans Healthcare System. These experiences have shaped her deep respect for each person’s lived experience and strengthened her relational, person-centered approach.

Lauren specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions. She draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities—including solution-focused, mindfulness, EMDR, and cognitive behavioral approaches—while prioritizing adaptability to each client’s unique story. Her practice is collaborative and compassionate, rooted in systems, existential, and feminist theories.

Lauren is committed to fostering a warm, respectful environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. She believes therapy is not just about addressing challenges, but about cultivating resilience and helping people connect with their own capacity for growth.
