Paige Vance

Paige is a marriage and family therapist with a passion for supporting teens, young people, and couples navigate the ups and downs of life. She believes we all need someone to listen to our story and that when we let others hear our story we experience belonging and compassion. Paige works with clients on issues of anxiety, depression, relationship distress, academic/athletic pressures, family issues and much more. She strongly feels that you are the expert of your life and together we can get curious about your experience in order to enhance your life.

Paige has a masters degree in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Colorado and has been in private practice for a few years. Her work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy and she also has additional training in EMDR for trauma and Internal Family Systems. I also incorporate mindfulness and skills learning into my practice. Even though these therapeutic approaches are the foundation of her work she is always open to adjusting in order to make counseling work for you.

When she is not in the office you will most likely find Paige outdoors with her husband, two kids, and dog. She lives in Evergreen and feels most alive in the mountains. She loves hiking, biking, camping, running, and practicing yoga.
