James Gallanos

James is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) living in Georgetown, Colorado and serves youth in hiscounseling practice, Arcturus Counseling. Originally from Los Angeles, James lived and worked in Alaska for 20 years prior to moving to Colorado with his family in 2018. He ran Alaska wilderness and outdoor adventure therapy programs as well as coordinated community suicide prevention and wellness services for youth and families for much of his career. Between work and sleep, James enjoys running, hiking, telemark skiing, sailing, surf travel, dogs, guitar, hanging out with family and his newly acquired taste for Rooibos Tea.
