Annie Cooley
Executive Director
Annie Cooley has served as the Executive Director of Resilience1220 since November 2022. With a background in Communications from Whitworth University and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati, Annie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. For over a decade, she has been dedicated to working with diverse populations with a focus on behavioral health.
As Executive Director, Annie is responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing operations, and engaging with the community. She plays a pivotal role in fundraising, ensuring financial viability, and expanding the organization's impact. Annie's leadership, both internally within her team and externally within the community, shapes the organization's reputation and its capacity to fulfill its mission.
Committed to continuous improvement, Annie constantly seeks the best ways to serve the youth in her community. She ensures that services are not only accessible but also of the highest quality, always striving to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in need.
