Annie Cooley

Office Manager

With over ten years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Annie now serves as the Office Manager, bringing a deep understanding of both clinical practice and organizational operations. For the past five years in the Evergreen area, her work has focused on supporting neurodiverse youth and their families, grounding her approach in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care.

In her current role, she helps ensure that our organization runs smoothly and that both families and clinicians feel supported every step of the way. Annie draws on her background in behavior analysis and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to bridge the gap between administrative systems and the real human needs behind them. Her goal is to create processes that are efficient, accessible, and aligned with our values.

Annie also bring experience as a group and outreach coordinator, grants coordinator, and intake coordinator, which allows her to support the organization from multiple angles. She is passionate about creating affirming, well-structured environments where clinicians can do their best work and families feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.

Whether behind the scenes or at the front desk, Annie is committed to supporting our mission and helping our community thrive.
