This is a safe space where moms can talk about issues impacting their families - from the challenges facing their kids in school, to the stress of the holidays, to learning how to minimize their own anxiety.
There is no need to register for this casual gathering.
Just come by the Resilience office for a cup of coffee or tea and feel free to bring a friend!
